 Our client, a growing and well-capitalized investment firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced
 
 Head of Human Resources
 
 to lead the firm&rsquo;s people operations and organizational development. This is a senior leadership role that will work closely with the executive team to shape the firm&rsquo;s culture, scale HR infrastructure, and support a high-performance environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in human capital leadership within financial services or investment management, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute the firm&rsquo;s overall human resources strategy, aligned with business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide counsel to senior leadership on talent, organizational design, performance, and employee engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across investment, operations, and support teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead compensation planning, performance review cycles, and promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy development
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and culture-building efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement scalable systems and processes for a growing, high-performing organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a trusted partner across all levels of the firm
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of compensation structures, talent development, and employment law
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR) preferred
 </li>

 Compensation &amp; Benefits

 Total compensation range of $300,000 &ndash; $350,000 (bonus is discretionary and based on performance)
 </li>
