  Our client within the Financial Services industry is looking for a Receptionist to manage their front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
 </p>

  Responsibilities:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Answer and route incoming calls through the main phone line.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including unpacking and organizing all incoming office supplies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate catering and conference room setups for meetings with external visitors, team lunches, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining the reception area and reception kitchen for guests and visitors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee the ordering of staff business cards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  </li>
 </ul>
