Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To complete preventative maintenance schedule, work orders and inspections as assigned with required documentation including but not limited to:</li>
<li>Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks of equipment</li>
<li>Complete necessary repairs and/or cleaning equipment
</li><li>Testing of various equipment as assigned</li>
<li>To complete general maintenance and repairs of the building, grounds, and equipment.</li>
<li>Wall repair and painting
</li><li>Tiles, Floor, and ceilings</li>
<li>Resident Room Equipment
</li><li>Plumbing and Fixtures
</li><li>Kitchen Equipment</li>
<li>Pager carries for emergencies on the off shifts
</li><li>Snow removal/ Lawn Mowing</li>
<li>Attend and participate in educational classes and in-services</li>
<li>Daily Rounds on all units to make repairs and complete written requests to uphold quality of life for the residents from a facility maintenance aspect.
</li><li>Maintain a record of work completed and contact supervisor for part and supplies needed to complete work.</li>
<li>Reports to the Maintenance Director, and part of the maintenance department.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent-required</li>
<li>Able to read, write and understand English</li>
<li>Dependable, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Rate will be commensurate with experience.</li>
</ul>
