Northeast Center for Youth and Families (NCYF) is dedicated to providing compassionate, community-based care for at-risk youth and families. Founded in 1972, NCYF offers a range of services including specialized foster care, therapeutic day programs, and in-home family therapy. The organization has evolved to support over 200 families annually through various mental health services, ensuring continuity of care for children and adolescents. With a commitment to social reform and community support, NCYF continues to adapt and expand its offerings to meet the needs of the families it serves.

 Responsibilities &amp; Duties:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage in weekly visits with Case Managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend monthly visits with Resource Specialists
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend quarterly care plan meetings with the whole care team
 </li>
 <li>
 Inform staff of incidents and concerns with the children in your care
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications, if needed, and keep daily logs
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Home safety needs are up to date (such as working bathroom, running water, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass criminal and DCF background checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Agency provided First Aid/CPR Certification and other required trainings after onboarding
 
 
 
 </li>

 Northeast Center for Youth &amp; Families in Easthampton is the main site for a large foster care program, outpatient clinic, CBHI services, residential services, and therapeutic daytime &amp; after school programs. Led by a passionate and employee-oriented leadership team!

For over 40 years, we have been committed to providing innovative and high quality care to the individuals we serve.
