Flexible Schedule! Choose your days! (Weekends available, evenings preferred)

All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel&mdash;as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy</li>
<li>Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care</li>
<li>Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change</li>
<li>Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners</li>
<li>Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system</li>
<li>Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary</li>
</ul>
Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
</li><li>Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years</li>
<li>Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus</li>
<li>Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
</li><li>Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.</li>
<li>Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!</li>
<li>Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
</li></ul>Premiums paid for:
<ul>
<li>Non-English language capacity
</li><li>Experience
</li><li>Select clinical specialties
</li></ul>Compensation:
Hourly Fee for Service:
<ul>
<li>45/hour for MA Level</li>
<li>$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
</li><li>$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
</li><li>$65-$70/hour for independent license</li>
</ul>
Incentive for on-site:
<ul><li>50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
</li><li>75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
</li><li>90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250</li></ul></div>
