The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.</p>

The <b>Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician</b> will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study</li></ul>

</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Interfaces with DCYF, the NH court system, schools, behavioral health providers, and any other involved members of the treatment team as necessary to provide quality service delivery.</p>

</li><li><p><b><i>Early evening availability required for working hours. Most visits to clients are in the afternoon or early evenings. Must have flexible availability to work due to this. Schedule/hours are subject to our clients needs.</i></b></p>
