<div><p>As the<b> </b><b>Production Manager</b>, you&rsquo;ll lead daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to ensure quality, efficiency and innovation.</p></div><div><br>

</p><p><b>In this role you will:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Collaborate with Production Supervisors to address and resolve any operational challenges. Communicate any upcoming process changes to relevant teams.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Review documentation provided by supervisors, assessing the need for corrective actions to address any issues.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Conduct regular walkthroughs of the entire production floor, meticulously recording essential data on appropriate forms.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Effectively manage employee concerns or problems, ensuring that all employee injuries are thoroughly documented as required.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Monitor and ensure that employees are performing their assigned tasks diligently, encompassing quality checks, dough schedule adherence, product temperature monitoring, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety protocols.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Engage in daily meetings with other managers to discuss strategies aimed at improving plant efficiency.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Promptly communicate any significant issues to the appropriate manager.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Promote and enforce safety practices across all operational areas.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Uphold a clean and hygienic work environment.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.</li></ul></div><div><br>

</p></div><div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in Bread and Rolls manufacturing preferred.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>High school diploma required, bachelor&rsquo;s degree a plus.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>The ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Strong conflict resolution skills.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>

<div></div><div><div><b>Essential Physical Requirements:</b></div></div><div><br>

</div></div><div><ul><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push and pull heavy wheeled equipment or carts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during a shift, maintaining a normal range of motion in all extremities.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and crouch to access equipment, tools, or materials.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to use arms, hands and fingers to handle or operate machinery, tools or controls.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to perceive and respond immediately to visual and audible safety alerts and warnings to ensure the safety of self and others in a fast-paced, hazard-sensitive environment with or without reasonable accommodation.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and airborne particles, odors and fumes.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or work platforms as required by the position.</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to sit for prolonged periods using office equipment and computer systems.</li></ul>
