Position Overview 
 
This is a hands-on repair role for someone who enjoys working in the field and helping homeowners directly. Our office team will handle your scheduling so you can focus on what matters&mdash;assessing repair needs, providing solutions, and doing the work. You&rsquo;ll write estimates, complete repairs, or schedule follow-ups as needed. 
 
A key part of this position where you can earn commissions, is recognizing opportunities to turn your repair visits into full project sales. This is a sales-forward position where you can sometimes turn repairs into full roof replacements, siding upgrades, or multi-scope renovations. 
 
The work includes a wide variety of exterior repairs including fascia and trim repairs, siding work, gutter fixes, minor carpentry, roof inspections, roof repairs, flashing fixes and more. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Travel to homes and job sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas (Company truck and fuel provided)</li>
<li>Meet with clients at scheduled appointments to evaluate repair needs</li>
<li>Inspect and diagnose issues related to roofing, siding, gutters, flashing, fascia, trim, and other general exterior conditions</li>
<li>Provide on-site explanations and write clear, professional proposals or contracts</li>
<li>Upsell additional services and upgrades, such as full roof replacements, siding</li>
<li>improvements, or multi-scope renovations</li>
<li>Complete small to mid-sized repairs ensuring high quality craftmanship</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, craftsmanship, and communication</li>
<li>Document all job-related details, customer interactions, and material needs</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with the office team and uphold our company&rsquo;s reputation for quality</li>
</ul>Ideal Candidate: 
 
<ul><li>Hands-on experience in a wide variety of exterior repairs</li>
<li>Strong sales motivation with a proven ability to upsell</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking with homeowners and discussing service options and pricing</li>
<li>Reliable, honest, and organized with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently</li>
<li>Calm under pressure with strong follow-through</li>
<li>Experience using AccuLynx or similar software is a plus (training provided)</li>
</ul>Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>Valid driver's license (company vehicle and fuel provided)</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and use basic hand and power tools (company tools and ladders provided)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Background check required</li>
<li>Available for a consistent full-time schedule (32+ hours/week)</li>
