 We are a family-run business with 30-35 employees that has been servicing the specialty lock market for over 70 years.
 
 
 We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of machines, including punch presses, drills, and custom-built equipment, to support the assembly of lock products.
 
 
 Daily Responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate and maintain machinery used in lock production
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform maintenance on various machines
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with assembling and quality checks of lock components
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow safety protocols and production guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines
 </li>
 <li>
 Manufacturing or Assembly experience preferred (but not required -we will train you)
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a good work ethic
