At corporate and group practices, getting lost in the shuffle happens far too easily and often. At our office, we make mentorship a priority because we believe that your success, growth, and happiness is vital to our own.</li><li>You will not compete with other associate dentists for patients. You will be the sole associate dentist working alongside the owner dentist.</li><li>We are a PPO and fee for service practice only. We do not accept Medicaid or HMO.</li><li>You will have autonomy over your treatment plan. If you are a younger dentist, you will have the support and guidance of the owner dentist.</li><li>Work-Life Balance - Our high patient demand means that you will have a full and productive schedule. However, that doesn&rsquo;t mean that your schedule will be slammed with patients. We believe in providing highly individualized care and attention to each patient.
