</div><div>The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role supports all kitchen operations within the full-service hotel, including restaurant service, banquets, and special events.
</div><div>Essential Functions</div><div></div><div><br>
</div><div>
&bull; Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines &bull; Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands</div><div>
&bull; Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control &bull; Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, marinating, and stocking stations
</div><ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
</li><li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
</li><li>Properly store food items to prevent spoilage and waste
</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
</li><li>Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
</li><li>Support banquet and catering functions as needed
</li><li>Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Qualifications</div><div></div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>Previous cooking experience preferred
</li><li>Basic knowledge of cooking methods and food safety practices
</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Strong attention to detail
</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
</li><li>ServSafe Certification preferred</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
