The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. Our large, quiet labor/birthing rooms are private and located away from other patient care areas. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.</div><p>

About the role</b></div><div>
To manage, track, and assist employees/directors with the following: employment applications, new hire process, Formal Orientation, employment letters, routine HR tasks, and maintain personnel files. Must be able to multi-task and work in a busy office with constant influx of phone calls and customer service requests.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
High school graduate. Previous experience in hospital or office procedures or two years college in business preferred.</li><li>
Computer skills, knowledge of general office practices.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Have/use customer service skills and desire to work with people of all diversities.</li><li>
Able to make decisions and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.</li></ul><div>
