We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and pet-loving individual to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passion for animal welfare, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Animal Care: Provide attentive care for our furry guests, including feeding, monitoring, and maintaining clean and safe kennel environments.</li><li>Reception Duties: Manage front desk operations, including taking reservations, answering phones, replying to emails, and assisting pet owners with check-ins/check-outs.</li><li>Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility remains clean and organized, including general cleaning duties.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (we will train you on our specific systems).</li><li>Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays.</li></ul>Note: This is a hands-on position that involves significant kennel work in addition to reception duties.
