<div>At Northern, we're building a new in-house development team and are looking for Developers to help deliver innovative digital solutions across our business.</div>
<p>You'll develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications, working closely with Business Analysts, Testers, DevOps Engineers and fellow Developers to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs.</p>
<div><b>What you'll be doing</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Developing applications using C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework, React Native and React Web</div>
</li><li>Building user interfaces, APIs and data solutions</li>
<li>Writing and maintaining unit tests</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and resolving software issues</li>
<li>Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing</li>
<li>Supporting CI/CD delivery alongside DevOps teams</li>
<li>Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions</li>
</ul><div><b>About you</b></div>
<p>You'll have:</p>
<ul><li>Proven software development experience</li>
<li><div>Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework, React Native and React Web</div>
</li><li><div>Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills</div>
</li><li><div>A passion for delivering quality code and continuous improvement</div>
</li><li><div>Mentoring other developers in the team.</div>
</li><li><div>Working with Agile methodologies.</div>
</li></ul><p>Desirable skills include CSS, Next.js, TDD, Microsoft Azure, Playwright and Appium Tests .</p>
