The <b>Guest Relations Staff</b> is responsible for providing outstanding assistance, complaint resolution, and an overall wondrous experience to camp-resort guests. The Guest Relations Staff will work the Express Check-ins, escort guests to their sites, and canvas the resort to assist guests during their stay. This is a <b>SEASONAL, </b>full-time or part-time position and reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor.<br>

<b><i>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</i></b></div>
<ul><li><b>Guest Interactions</b>
<ul><li>Provide guidance and explain service options to accommodate guest needs</li>
<li>Ensure guest reservations are accurate and consistent with company policies</li>
<li>Be the first point-of-contact for guests&rsquo; arrival by checking them in and escorting them to their lodging or RV site</li>
<li>Act as a concierge for transient guests - understanding local opportunities and answering guest questions or directing them to the appropriate person</li>
<li>Upsell ancillary sales (firewood, ice, golf carts, etc.) and deliver or provide guests promptly</li>
<li>Enforce park rules, including quiet hours</li>
</ul></li><li>Other Essential Duties
<ul><li>Engage with guests to foster a relationship with the guests, and to communicate and follow-through on any guest requests</li>
<li>Understand POS and reservation system and use a tablet to document all notes</li>
<li>Communicate with all departments and escalate any issues as necessary</li>
<li>Submit work orders to proper departments as needed.</li>
<li>Follow the guest recovery service guidelines</li>

 is a fast-paced role with aggressive content goals and real growth potential. This role covers all aspects of the property: the camping resort, our adventure attractions, and our wedding and events venue. Capturing real moments with real guests, turning everyday resort life into content people want to watch, share, and save. This position reports to the Director of Brand Strategy.

   Plan, shoot, and edit content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
  </li>
  <li>
   Capture guest interactions, reactions, and authentic moments throughout the resort
  </li>
  <li>
   Create day-in-the-life and behind-the-scenes content featuring staff and guests
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce short-form video content built around trending sounds, challenges, and formats
  </li>
  <li>
   Film and edit polished highlight reels for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings
  </li>
  <li>
   Shoot adventure content, including alpine coaster POVs, river footage, and zipline rides
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop photo and video assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with the home office team on content calendars and social strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Track content performance and use insights to inform future content direction
  </li>

   Travel to in-state camp resort locations as needed for content capture

   1-2 years of experience
  </li>

   Proven social media experience with a portfolio or personal accounts that show you know how to create content that performs

   Hands-on videography and photography skills, including experience shooting in outdoor and event settings
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong video editing chops (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  </li>
  <li>
   Comfortable and confident being on camera, whether you're hosting a walkthrough, jumping into a trending format, or engaging with guests in the moment
  </li>
  <li>
   A natural ability to engage with guests and staff without it feeling forced
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work weekends and holidays (that's when the magic happens)
  </li>
  <li>
   A feel for what's trending and the ability to move fast when something hits
  </li>

   Drone experience (preferred)
  </li>

   Experience creating content for hospitality, travel, or outdoor recreation brands (preferred)
