Part-Time Floater (Infants&ndash;Toddlers)Open Availability Required Between 7:15am&ndash;6:00pm, Monday&ndash;FridayLifeHope Childcare (located on the campus of Northland Church in Longwood) is looking for a dependable, energetic teacher to join our faith-based, child-centered team. This role supports our infant and toddler classrooms &mdash; so if you love baby snuggles, toddler giggles, and a little organized chaos, you may have just found your people.Schedule:This is a part-time position requiring open availability Monday&ndash;Friday between 7:15am and 6:00pm. Hours will vary within that window based on classroom needs. Your hours will vary, as it is not a set shift and is not compatible with limited weekday availability. You&rsquo;ll typically work between 25-29 hours per week.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Supporting infant and toddler classrooms as needed throughout the day, Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and loved. Assisting with feeding, diapering, playtime, and age-appropriate learning activities. Jumping in where needed &mdash; because teamwork is how we thrive. Communicating kindly and professionally with coworkers and families.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A genuine love for young children (infant cuddles + toddler energy required). Flexibility and a team-player mindset. Reliability &mdash; when you&rsquo;re scheduled, we count on you. 45 DCF hours required, CPR/First Aid preferred.
