 POSITION SUMMARY:
 
 The Senior Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist supports the Corporate Controller in managing day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management. This role also trains and guides junior A/P staff and contributes to ongoing process improvements.
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review a high volume of invoices and statements; verify information, determine appropriate accounts, and accurately code transactions in the accounting system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process weekly check run for vendor payments due and online payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Post A/P transactions to the general ledger and reconcile accounts for month-end close.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter ACH payments and record bill payments to the General Ledger.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and document opportunities to streamline A/P workflows; implement new processes to enhance efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide purchasing support for facilities (Amazon, Staples, Costco, and other vendors), including order entry, approvals, and on-time delivery of supplies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain purchasing processes and policies as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trace and research transactions to resolve discrepancies and make corrections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and coordinate the work of junior A/P staff, ensuring production and performance goals are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop monthly accruals based on expense and balance-sheet analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare financial reports and assist with tax documents such as 1099s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to vendor inquiries by researching and interpreting procedures and results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with audits by providing invoice copies and other accounting records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized files and ensure all required documentation is complete and properly stored.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of five years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-entity environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical-thinking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to handle confidential material with discretion.

 POSITION SUMMARY:
 
 As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee the medical services provided to a caseload of patients. This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, and will perform duties according to established patient care protocols, standards, and procedures. This position is expected to complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
 
 
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to multidisciplinary team as necessary

 Administer medications to patients, and engage in education process
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize de-escalation skills when exposed to volatile patients to maintain personal safety for the patient and other individuals in our care
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients, families and others to aid in the treatment process
 </li>
 <li>
 Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team in the development of treatment plans and discharge planning to strive for excellent patient care
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the maintenance of a clean, orderly and safe environment, and report needs for repairs and maintenance to appropriate staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Admissions and discharges of patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain vital signs, monitor symptoms and document in the patient record
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with all laws, regulations, and scope of licensure
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor patients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate medical treatment and interventions
 </li>
 <li>
 Document medical assessment, diagnosis, progress notes, roundings, and other treatment planning items in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality patient care
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective working relationships with employees and peers
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide medical updates to utilization review and representatives of managed care to best coordinate reimbursement of treatment services
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all company policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
 </li>
 <li>
 Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state where services are rendered
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
 </li>
 <li>
 Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and an internal drive to improve the lives of individuals in our care
 </li>
 <li>
 Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements throughout duration of employment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with a diverse population along with interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients in area of assigned specialty
