We&rsquo;re looking for a Commercial Electronic Banking Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
 What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll be a key driver behind our commercial digital banking services, ensuring customers successfully adopt and use our electronic treasury solutions.
Your day might include:
 Supporting &amp; Empowering Customers<ul><li>
Serve as a primary liaison between commercial customers and internal operations, treasury, and technology teams.</li><li>
Provide high-level technical support and onboarding assistance for electronic banking and treasury solutions.</li><li>
Guide customers through complex implementations and help them maximize the value of our digital tools.</li></ul>
 Implementing Powerful Treasury Solutions<ul><li>
Design and manage detailed implementation plans for services such as:<ul><li>
ACH Origination</li><li>
Wire Transfers</li><li>
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)</li><li>
Positive Pay &amp; Account Reconciliation</li><li>
Integrated Payables</li><li>
Commercial Purchase Cards</li><li>
Merchant Services &amp; Expense Management</li></ul></li></ul>
 Driving Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Coordinate daily workflows and ensure critical deadlines are met.</li><li>
Analyze technical reports and recommend process improvements.</li><li>
Assist with new product rollouts, upgrades, and testing for business and treasury digital services.</li></ul>
 Protecting Customers &amp; the Bank<ul><li>
Help review fraud, dispute, and error claims related to electronic services.</li><li>
Identify fraud indicators and support risk prevention efforts.</li></ul>
 Creating Better Tools &amp; Training<ul><li>
Develop onboarding checklists, troubleshooting guides, and training resources.</li><li>
Provide coaching and support to internal teams on digital banking solutions.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
 What You Bring</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education</h3><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experience</h3><ul><li>
5+ years in financial services, including 3+ years in Electronic Banking, Treasury Management, or Card Services.</li><li>
Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Bonus Points</h3><ul><li>Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) certification preferred.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
