Job Overview NorthStar Exterior Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage the company&rsquo;s financial records and support overall financial operations. This role is responsible for tracking income and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The Bookkeeper plays an important role in ensuring the company&rsquo;s finances are accurate, organized, and ready for tax preparation and financial planning.Duties<ul><li>Record and maintain accurate financial transactions</li><li>Track company income, expenses, and operational costs</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements</li><li>Process invoices and maintain records of customer payments</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Assist with payroll tracking and employee payment records</li><li>Prepare financial reports for company leadership</li><li>Maintain organized financial documentation for tax preparation</li><li>Coordinate with the company&rsquo;s accountant or CPA when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with small businesses</li><li>Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles</li><li>Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero</li><li>Ability to accurately record financial transactions and maintain organized financial records</li><li>Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Ability to maintain confidential financial information</li><li>Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with service-based businesses</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting</li><li>Ability to coordinate with accountants and tax professionals</li></ul>Join us in a role that combines precision with passion!
