Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to cultivate a positive learning environment. This role involves caring for children, implementing curriculum, fostering social-emotional development, and maintaining a nurturing and structured classroom environment. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for children</li>
<li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development</li>
<li>Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic learning experience for each child</li>
<li>Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive lesson plans</li>
<li>Supervise and engage with children to promote positive behavior and development.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress, concerns, and milestones.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning space.</li>
<li>Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and licensing regulations.</li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Minimum two years of experience working in a structured childcare setting</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</li>
<li>Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field</li>
<li>Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education</li></ul>
