Live in options are available but not required.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive childcare for 1 newborn and one toddler, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational play</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs, incorporating meal planning and cooking skills to promote healthy eating habits</li><li>Ensure the safety of children by implementing first aid procedures when necessary and maintaining a secure environment at all times</li><li>Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy living space to support the family's daily routines</li><li>Assist with preschool activities, teaching foundational skills, and supporting early childhood education goals</li><li>Babysit as needed, providing reliable supervision during evenings or weekends while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles, including infant care, toddler care, and working with children in daycare or preschool settings</li><li>Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities</li><li>Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond effectively in emergency situations</li><li>Skilled in meal preparation with an emphasis on healthy nutrition for children of all ages</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage household chores efficiently while balancing caregiving responsibilities</li><li>Compassionate caregiver with patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to foster trusting relationships with children and family members</li></ul>This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where caring for children meets household management.
