Northwest Autism Center is seeking an experienced BCBA/LBA to support students and school teams through contracted services across local educational settings. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy collaboration, problem-solving, and coaching others while maintaining a schedule that closely follows the traditional school calendar.

</li></ul>What You'll Do
<ul><li>Partner with schools and community agencies to support students with autism and developmental disabilities
</li><li>Conduct observations, assessments, and functional behavior assessments
</li><li>Develop behavior support and intervention plans
</li><li>Provide coaching, consultation, and training to educators and support staff
</li><li>Collaborate with families, school personnel, and community providers
</li><li>Analyze data and adjust recommendations based on student progress
</li><li>Deliver direct support and crisis consultation when appropriate
</li><li>Maintain timely documentation and agency reporting requirements
</li></ul>Who We're Looking For
<ul><li>Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
</li><li>Active BCBA&reg; certification
</li><li>Active Washington LBA or ability to obtain licensure as required
</li><li>Minimum of two years of ABA experience
</li><li>Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
</li><li>Ability to work independently and confidently across multiple settings
</li><li>Experience collaborating with school teams preferred
</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
