<div>The Marketing &amp; Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing marketing, media, and communication initiatives that support Northwest Autism Center&rsquo;s mission and services. This role focuses on content development, digital media, and donor- and community-facing communications that increase visibility, engagement, and support for NAC programs. The Specialist collaborates closely with NAC leadership to ensure consistent branding and effective outreach strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (nonprofit or healthcare 
experience preferred).</li><li>
Experience producing digital content across multiple platforms.</li><li>
Experience supporting donor, fundraising, or community engagement communications strongly 
preferred.</li><li>
Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to craft content for diverse audiences, including donors, 
families, and partners.</li><li>
Creative, detail oriented, and highly organized.</li><li>
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships across teams.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with email platforms, we</li><li>
Understanding of NAC programs, mission, and community resources is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.</li></ul>

Working Conditions:
<ul><li>
Work primarily occurs in an office environment, with occasional exposure to noise from workshops, 
events, and client activities.</li></ul>

Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate in person and by phone, and use hands to operate 
standard office equipment.
</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.</li></ul></div>
