We are searching for a physician assistant to assist full time with our practice. We are willing to train a new grad if they are a good fit for the practice and our team. No on-call required for any of our PA's!Job Summary<ul><li>Assist the surgeon consulting and post-op care with patients regarding surgical and non-surgical procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of or willingness to learn OR procedures, suturing, sterile technique, and universal precautions.</li><li>Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.</li><li>As a physician assistant, you&rsquo;ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude.</li><li>Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important.</li><li>If you&rsquo;re dedicated to advancing your knowledge and clinical expertise through research and professional discourse, we&rsquo;d like to meet you.</li></ul>Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of health and patient care regulations</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong ethics</li><li>Team spirit with a positive attitude</li><li>Patience and cool-headedness</li><li>Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience</li><li>Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination, therapy and recovery</li><li>Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how</li><li>Problem solving skills and ability to multitask</li><li>Caring and compassionate</li><li>Team player with good communication skills</li><li>BSC/MA in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science or Medical Science</li><li>Valid / Active Washington State Physician Assistant License - Required Upon Hire</li><li>Valid and Active DEA License- Required Upon Hire</li><li>ACLS / BLS/ PALS - Required Upon Hire</li><li>Open to new grads that are wanting to be trained in surgery</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: 4-10s schedule Monday- FridaySalary: (Pay is dependent on applicant experience)Join our team to make a meaningful impact through expert surgical support and comprehensive patient care delivery!Pay: From $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
