<div>Northwest Respiratory Services is a company that is new to the Denver area and we are currently seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver- Service Technician that has a CDL with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver- Service Technician, you will play a crucial role as the face of our company, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication to support the health and quality of life of our customers. Your main responsibilities will include educating patients on the proper use of their equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring that patients are using their equipment safely and effectively.
A day in the life:<ul><li>
Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length</li><li>
Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient&rsquo;s residence.</li><li>
Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy</li><li>
Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis</li></ul>

Our top candidate will have:<ul><li>
A valid Commercial Driver's License, minimum of a Class C. With Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. (Hazardous material is Liquid Oxygen.)</li><li>
Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check</li><li>
Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical<ul><li>
Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily.</li></ul></li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills</li><li>

CDL Medical Equipment Delivery Driver Service Technician

<div>Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions.
A Day in the Life:<ul><li>
Safley transport, deliver, and set up a variety of DME equipment, including oxygen tanks, and related products to patients' homes and healthcare facilities such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Livings.
</li><li>Provide top of the line, friendly customer service to all our patients, and facility partners.
</li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures for transporting and handling oxygen and medical equipment.</li><li>
Effectively manage your delivery route and schedule to meet service goals and ensure timely delivery of equipment and oxygen.
</li><li>Assist with customer equipment problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Provide clear and concise instructions to patients and caregivers on the proper use and care of their equipment, as well as provide basic set up guidance and placement of said equipment.

<ul><li>Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred but we can help you get the required endorsements needed for this position</li></ul></li><li>
The candidate for this role must be OK with travel and working offsite for training at the beginning of this role. Training will take place in our Milwaukee, WI Branch, or at our Headquarters in Eagan, MN
