 proactive Supply Chain &amp; Planning Manager
 
 to oversee material flow, production schedules, and co-pack partner orders in our
 
 beverage co-packing facility
 
 . You&rsquo;ll be the key link between
 
 customer demand and operational execution

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end supply chain operations &mdash; forecasting, procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with procurement and co-pack partners to ensure materials and timelines are on track.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or overstock.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate production status and priorities across internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning, preferably in manufacturing or co-packing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communicator and multitasker with a continuous improvement mindset.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Bonus Points For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with co-packing or contract manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles.
