 About The Role
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for signing up new bars, restaurants, and other businesses to Atmosphere's streaming service while ensuring that existing customers are fully utilizing and satisfied with their accounts. Your success will be measured by both new customer acquisition and retention efforts.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, engage, and secure strategic new bars, restaurants, and other venues to join Atmosphere TV's growing network of partners using a highly curated list of valuable targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to promote Atmosphere TV as a must-have service for their venue. Turn targeted prospects into advocates &amp; superfans of Atmosphere TV incentivizing them to collaborate with us on campaign executions, sampling, &amp; deep integration into their concept.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with high-value existing customers to ensure they are actively using the service and optimizing it to meet their needs, offering technical support, and identifying opportunities for additional value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of local market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality and entertainment industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for new customer sign-ups, account retention, and revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide onboarding assistance, training, and ongoing support to customers to ensure a seamless Atmosphere TV experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to deliver the best possible experience for customers and identify new features or improvements based on client feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and customer engagement metrics using the company&rsquo;s CRM and other tools.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or technology sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to develop long-lasting professional relationships with a wide variety of clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the bar and restaurant scene in New York City is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel within the NYC territory and attend in-person meetings with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to create and manage a book of business.

 On-target earnings $90,000 per year
