Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects using Mivan shuttering / aluminium formwork technology.</li><li>Oversee planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil works.</li><li>Prepare and track project timelines, bar charts, and milestone schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, safety, billing, contracts, and procurement teams.</li><li>Ensure quality control, adherence to IS codes, drawings, specifications, and project standards.</li><li>Monitor cost control, budgeting, BOQ, RA bills, and material reconciliation.</li><li>Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and labour teams.</li><li>Ensure timely cycle completion in Mivan construction (typically 7&ndash;10 day slab cycle).</li><li>Conduct regular site meetings with consultants and clients.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance as per statutory and company norms.</li><li>Handle risk management, technical issues, and on-site problem resolution.</li><li>Ensure smooth handover and project completion within defined timelines.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong experience in high-rise residential / commercial projects</li><li>Expertise in Mivan shuttering / aluminium formwork system</li><li>Excellent knowledge of RCC, formwork systems, finishing works</li><li>Project planning &amp; scheduling (MS Project / Primavera preferred)</li><li>Cost control &amp; billing knowledge</li><li>Contractor and manpower management</li><li>Strong leadership and coordination skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>High Rise projects: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
