This role is focused on understanding trends, analyzing performance, and turning content into real business results&mdash;not just posting for the sake of posting.If you know how to read the numbers, spot what&rsquo;s working, and double down on it&mdash;we want you.What You&rsquo;ll Do Analyze performance across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, YouTube, &amp;amp; other emerging and relevant platforms as needed Identify trends early and adapt them to fit our brand and audience Track key metrics (views, watch time, engagement, leads, conversions) Turn insights into clear action plans (what to post more of, less of, and why) Optimize posting strategy, timing, and content structure Collaborate with our team to guide content direction (hooks, formats, messaging) Monitor competitors and industry trends (RV, local retail, lifestyle) Help connect social media efforts to foot traffic, leads, and salesSecondary Responsibilities (Content Creation)While strategy is the priority, this role will also support content production, including: Creating and editing short-form and long-form videos Capturing and organizing photo content for campaigns Assisting with basic content execution when needed to support strategy goalsWhat You Bring Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics Proven ability to grow accounts or improve engagement using data Deep knowledge of trends across Instagram Reels and TikTok Experience using insights tools (native analytics, dashboards, etc.) Ability to explain data in a simple, actionable way Marketing mindset: understands how content drives customer behavior Organized, proactive, and results-focusedBonus (Not Required, But Valuable) Experience with local business or dealership marketing Basic content creation/editing skills (guiding content is more important than creating it) Understanding of paid social or boosting strategies Familiarity with CRM or lead trackingWhat Success Looks Like Increased engagement and reach across platforms More inbound messages, leads, and showroom traffic Clear reporting on what&rsquo;s working&mdash;and a plan to scale it Smarter, more strategic content (not just more content)Why Noteboom RV Fast-paced, creative environment with strong personality-driven content Opportunity to build something that stands out locally Real impact on business growth&mdash;not just vanity metricsPay: $1.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
