You'll work from real project data to produce accurate, structured BIM models that meet international AEC standards.This is a fully remote, contract-based position. You will work on real projects for client companies in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Notfaroff manages the recruitment process on their behalf.What you'll do<ul><li>Model as-built conditions in Revit from point cloud data and field inputs</li><li>Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and technical documentation</li><li>Follow defined templates, technical constraints, and quality standards</li><li>Deliver clean, structured models ready for review and client use</li><li>Manage your time and output independently within defined deadlines</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>Fluent in Revit and comfortable working from real-world data</li><li>Detail-oriented and precise &mdash; you don't cut corners</li><li>Able to work independently and deliver on deadline</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability in technical environments</li><li>English proficiency desirable.</li></ul>A background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction technology is relevant.
