 This role is for someone who lives and breathes social: plugged into Arabic internet culture, fluent across platforms, and always a step ahead of trends. You&rsquo;ll balance

 , ensuring Nothing feels both disruptive and premium in the region.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Social Strategy &amp; Execution

 Own and execute Nothing&rsquo;s GCC social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt and localize global narratives into content that resonates with Arabic-speaking audiences.
 </li>

 Plan and manage an always-on content calendar, blending proactive brand storytelling with reactive cultural moments.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Trendspotting &amp; Content Creation

 Spot, shape, and ride trends before they peak&mdash;across Arabic and English digital spaces.

 Create and commission native, thumb-stopping content that feels alive in-feed while staying true to Nothing&rsquo;s bold design language.

 Partner with creators, influencers, and communities across the GCC to co-create culturally relevant moments.

 Requirements

 5&ndash;7 years of social media experience, ideally with fast-moving digital-first B2C brands in tech, fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture.
 </li>

 Fluency in Arabic and English (written &amp; spoken) is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of GCC digital culture: memes, influencers, subcultures, regional humor, and platform behaviors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, virality, and cultural conversation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sharp visual sensibility&mdash;you know how to make design-forward content pop on feed.
 </li>

 Highly data-driven and experiment-minded, with comfort in analytics tools and performance dashboards.

 The Role:
 
 
 As part of our continuing and rapid expansion, we are now looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel, in an Independent Contributor role, to join our team in Gurgaon, India. You will be responsible for providing end to end legal support on a wide variety of commercial, operational, governance and regulatory issues. You will also provide strategic advice to the senior leadership team and contribute to drive forward Nothing&rsquo;s business development and growth strategy.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, draft, negotiate and manage various business agreements including, but not limited to, Distribution Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreements, MSA, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on a range of general corporate matters, including, FDI, customs, brand authorizations, IP/trademark violations, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support various compliance matters, including corporate secretary, product compliance, environmental compliance, labor, consumer protection etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work along with Global legal teams and other business teams on various issues affecting the Company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice and ensure the team is aligned with business strategy and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage relevant external counsels as and when required and blend together the advice and inputs from external counsel with in-house advice, to offer cost-effective and solutions-oriented outcomes for the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure record keeping of all the legal documents.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+yrs of post qualification legal experience. Smartphone or consumer tech industry experience is a plus. CS qualification is desirable, not mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualified in India.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent academic and leading law firm credentials. International work experience or education is a bonus though not a prerequisite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Past experience in a start-up environment is desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter and ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to identify relevant business and legal issues proactively, define and assess the materiality of risks, find creative solutions to maintain business momentum.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, strong command over English, both written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skill and ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and explain complex legal issues and requirements to a range of internal and external audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to prioritize conflicting demands and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
 </li>
