 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a Program Specialist, Talent Management to help run and continuously improve the programs that grow, develop, and retain Notinos. This role sits within the Talent Management team and partners closely with People Partners. You&rsquo;ll be a go‑to operator for our performance management cycle, keep our people programs healthy between cycles, facilitate company onboarding, conduct and synthesize exit interviews, and maintain dashboards that help us measure outcomes and ROI.

 Own execution for performance management moments across the year, including timelines, comms drafts, enablement materials, and stakeholder coordination across People Partners and business leaders.

 Maintain core People programs between cycles, ensuring documentation stays current, processes are followed, and improvements are prioritized and shipped.

 <li>
 Facilitate company onboarding: coordinate sessions, track attendance and feedback, and partner with program owners to keep content fresh and impactful.
