Job Summary: The waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Dining Experience:<ul><li>Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.</li><li>Handle complaints or issues swiftly and professionally, escalating them to the manager if necessary.</li></ul>4. Cleaning and Organization:<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service areas.</li><li>Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a high turnover rate during busy periods.</li><li>Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a sanitary dining environment.</li></ul>5. Billing and Payments:<ul><li>Prepare accurate bills and process various payment methods.</li><li>Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.</li></ul>6.
