We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure the office runs smoothly and feels welcoming for clients and clinicians.Position Overview This role blends administrative support with office management responsibilities. The Office Manager serves as the backbone of day-to-day operations, supporting clinicians, managing workflows, and helping maintain an organized, functional, and thoughtfully designed office environment.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Responding to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries</li><li>Scheduling intakes and ongoing appointments for clinicians</li><li>Welcoming and checking in clients upon arrival</li><li>Assisting with onboarding paperwork and client file management</li><li>Coordinating with billing professionals as needed</li><li>Supporting clinicians and leadership with general administrative tasks</li><li>Overseeing day-to-day office needs and operations</li><li>Managing office supplies, organization, and basic operational needs</li><li>Assisting with office setup projects, including organizing spaces, and coordinating d&eacute;cor updates</li><li>Coordinating with outside vendors or service providers as needed</li><li>Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and HIPAA compliance</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative or office management experience preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with both administrative tasks and light hands-on office projects Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems, email, and electronic health records Self-directed, dependable, and able to take initiative</li><li>Preferred: Experience with payroll and Quickbooks</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
