A highly productive and well-respected Beverly Hills real estate agent is seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager + Graphic Designer to develop, coordinate, and execute high-level marketing strategies.-This position is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury real estate and marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple projects at once.-Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and update marketing materials on a tight schedule.</li><li>Manage daily marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.</li><li>Design and produce property flyers, ads, brochures, and other promotional materials (both from templates and custom designs).</li><li>Create and maintain property websites and marketing collateral.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand identity across all media and materials.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and online presence, including SEO optimization.</li><li>Utilize social media advertising and audience targeting to maximize exposure.</li><li>Support real estate operations with light clerical and accounting work.</li><li>Collaborate with internal marketing team</li><li>Participate in client presentations and assist with proposals for new business opportunities.</li></ul>-Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.</li><li>Excellent proven graphic design experience &mdash; examples or a portfolio required.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of content marketing, analytics, and engagement strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.</li><li>Experience in the luxury real estate market is a plus.</li></ul>-Job Details<ul><li>Full-time (40 hours per week)</li><li>On-site in Beverly Hills</li><li>Salary: $80,000-$85,000/year, based on experience</li><li>Work with a top-performing agent in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment</li></ul>-To ApplyPlease submit your resume and examples of previous marketing or graphic design work to be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
