 Purpose of the job
 
 
 
 Accountable for maintaining, growing and developing Nouryon CMC &amp; other related applications sales in MEA region. Managing the business through distributors and direct sales.
 
 
 Main markets will be food &amp; beverage but will also include some responsibility for consumer and industrial customers/distributors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the job (Job Responsibilities)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for sales within all Nouryon CMC applications in the region but with a focus on food &amp; beverages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Function to be the main go to person for food &amp; beverage enquiries and become the food &amp; beverage CMC expert in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop new business in the region through distributor partners or directly with new and existing accounts. Negotiate sales agreements with existing customers in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage communication with respective departments (Business management, Supply chain, Operations, Marketing and Innovation, Technology).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market performance and customer feedback to generate new product/solutions ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends in the region, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on a monthly basis sales forecasting for production and supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform / run regular reporting and customer visit reporting using the CRM tool.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in fixing credit limits for customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support organisation of customers seminars and visits with technical functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and help at exhibitions and trade shows.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 We believe you bring (Education &amp; Experience)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical related degree in food science, chemistry or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years experienced in the sales in the region and in an international business environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience should be in industries such as food but experience in C&amp;I or a willingness to gain experience in consumer &amp; industrial applications is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distributor Management is important.
 </li>
