Job Description:</b></h4><ul><li>
Lead design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.</li><li>
Build and maintain RESTful and gRPC Web APIs with a focus on reliability and scalability.</li><li>
Architect and guide microservices-based solutions, ensuring proper service boundaries and observability.</li><li>
Implement efficient data access patterns using Entity Framework with Azure SQL Server and MongoDB.</li><li>
Drive performance tuning across application and database layers through proactive monitoring and optimisation.</li><li>
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps to deliver production-ready solutions on schedule.</li><li>
Conduct and lead code reviews to enforce SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.</li><li>
Mentor and upskill engineering teams, promoting best practices, testing discipline, and measurable engineering KPIs.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills and Experience Required:</b></h4><ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core).</li><li>
Deep expertise in building Web APIs (REST and gRPC) and working knowledge of API versioning and security.</li><li>
Strong command of object-oriented design, software design patterns, and SOLID principles.</li><li>
Practical experience with Azure SQL Server, MongoDB, and writing performant data access code with EF.</li><li>
Experience designing and operating microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment patterns.</li><li>
Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring engineers.</li><li>
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and application performance tools; ability to act on telemetry.</li><li>
Willingness to stay current with .NET ecosystem advances, cloud-native practices, and emerging AI/LLM integrations.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>
