Our Estimator's Job Description:-ESTIMATES &amp; INSPECTIONS: Go to potential customer to provide estimates on Roofing, gutters, siding, insulation repair or replacement, and solar quotes on leads that are provided by the NOVA ROOFTEK.-Communicate: with staff, management and the customer to ensure accuracy, quality control before the projects are sold.-SALES: follow up with given leads to close sale and gain commission.-Vehicle: Estimator will be provided a company vehicle, with all ladders, and all necessary equipment, as well as a gas allowance.-Compensation: $150/day, plus $100 per appointment, plus 5% commission on closed sales.-Marketing materials and clothing: Company will provide all shirts and print, digital marketing materials.-Networking and Growth: Company will cover cost of marketing groups to help estimator gain more sales and business growth.-Company Culture: We have a family feel with a competitive side, visit the gym together once a week, have office meetings, and dinners.-Opportunity for growth: We promote within, looking to develop our next manager!Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fairfax, VA 22030 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Fairfax, VA 22030: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
