The Administrative Traveling Assistant assists a very busy CEO in the daily operation of the company by providing general administrative and personal support . This position travels close to 60% of the time both nationally and internationally.

What You'll Do<ul><li>
Interfacing with medical professionals at trade shows and hospital visits.</li><li>
Participate in new product labs/demos.</li><li>
Coordinate and organize aspects of the CEO's personal life including running errands.</li><li>
Manage calendar and daily scheduling.</li><li>
Receive incoming communication and route appropriately.</li><li>
Manage multiple projects and provide timely follow-up.</li><li>
Attend meetings and take notes.</li><li>
Coordinate internal and external meetings with distributors, channel partners, synergistic businesses, suppliers, and customers.</li><li>
Make domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.</li><li>
Serve as liaison with professional contacts, family, and friends.</li><li>
Assist in vetting applicants, hiring, and firing.</li><li>
Produce weekly reports and communications with executive leadership.</li><li>
Research various items and information</li></ul>
Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:<ul><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
A positive disposition is a must to act as liaison between business partners.</li><li>
Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to dive in and welcome the unknown.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record-keeping.</li><li>
Ability to work independently.</li><li>
Must be open to working some Saturdays with the labs.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Two plus years of recent experience in an C-suite assistant role is preferred.</li><li>
College Degree preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Medical experience a plus, but not required</li></ul>
