 Key Responsibilities

 Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a deep understanding of customers&rsquo; business strategies and IT roadmaps to position Noventiq&rsquo;s and Microsoft&rsquo;s value proposition effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead account planning and business reviews with customers and Microsoft stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive sales growth across Microsoft solution areas &mdash; Modern Work, Azure, Security, and Business Applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage licensing renewals and migrations (EA, CSP, MPSA) ensuring smooth transitions and optimized spend.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with technical presales, services, and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on Microsoft programs, incentives, and licensing changes to advise customers accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track opportunities and pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365) and provide accurate forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Noventiq in enterprise engagements with professionalism and integrity.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in enterprise account management or IT solution sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success managing large enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, licensing programs (EA, CSP, MPSA), and cloud solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in collaborating within a matrix organization and managing complex sales cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Modern Work, Licensing Specialist) are highly desirable.
