We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to manage and support IT infrastructure and end-user environments. This position will be deputed to a customer site, and the candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality on-site IT support while ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and support Windows 10/11 desktops and macOS devices</li><li>Manage Windows Server 2012+ environments and Active Directory</li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms</li><li>Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)</li><li>Deploy and support VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms</li><li>Configure and monitor Microsoft 365 security features (DLP, data classification, compliance)</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding with proper access and security controls</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in Windows and macOS environments</li><li>Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory</li><li>Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</li></ul>Additional Requirement Candidate should be willing to work from the customer location and support activities after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
