Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.</li><li>Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Perform AWS environment health checks and optimization reviews.</li><li>Review AWS architecture, security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Manage AWS Landing Zones and multi-account environments.</li><li>Implement and maintain IAM policies, roles, and security controls.</li><li>Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and related services.</li><li>Conduct security assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.</li><li>Support upgrades, migrations, implementations, and decommissioning projects.</li><li>Analyze AWS usage and recommend cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>Support AWS billing governance, cost allocation, tagging, and reporting.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration records.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and best practices for AWS cloud adoption and operations.</li><li>Support AWS Marketplace procurement and service management activities.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.</li><li>Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.</li><li>Knowledge of AWS security, governance, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code experience.</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of AWS cloud support and administration experience.</li><li>AWS Certified professional with at least three of the following certifications:</li><li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect &ndash; Professional</li><li>AWS Certified DevOps Engineer &ndash; Professional</li><li>AWS Certified Security &ndash; Specialty</li><li>AWS Certified Advanced Networking &ndash; Specialty</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with AWS Landing Zone implementations.</li><li>Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).</li><li>Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and serverless technologies.</li><li>Exposure to ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance standards.</li><li>Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-company AWS environments.</li><li>Manage database services such as RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB etc.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
