We are seeking a highly skilled and customer focused End User Support Engineer to lead and manage daily end-user support operations. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, escalation handling, ticket management, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless IT support for employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize issues effectively.Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via ticketing systems, email, or in-person.</li><li>Provide L1-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system (Windows/Mac).</li><li>Troubleshoot basis network related issues.</li><li>Manage day-to-day support requests, incidents, and service tickets; ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalated issues and follow up on pending items.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software as per company standards.</li><li>Support common applications like Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and standard business productivity tools.</li><li>Perform user account management (AD, O365), password resets, and access provisioning.</li><li>Maintaining daily backup checks and validation.</li><li>Maintain asset inventory and update records for hardware and software deployed.</li><li>Educate users on basic IT practices, security protocols, and self-service tools.</li><li>Ensure SLA adherence and contribute to periodic reporting of support metrics.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in a desktop support/helpdesk or end-user support environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS (7/10/11), macOS, and Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory, O365 and basic networking</li><li>Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and software installations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Qualifications / Certifications<ul><li>Educational Background: Bachelors in computer science / engineering graduates with IT major</li><li>Microsoft 365 Fundamental Certification.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Senior End User Support Engineer

Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Office applications.</li><li>Support users in accessing shared drives, email, VPN, and network resources.</li><li>Troubleshoot printer and scanner connectivity and driver issues.</li><li>Maintain and update inventory of IT assets and user equipment.</li><li>Support users with Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity issues.</li><li>Escalate complex network issues to the network team when required.</li><li>Log all incidents and service requests in the ticketing/helpdesk system.</li><li>Track, update, and close tickets in accordance with defined SLAs.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of common issues, resolutions, and procedures.</li><li>Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 / senior engineers.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for warranty or hardware replacement when needed.</li><li>Communicate effectively with users to provide timely updates on issue resolution.</li></ul>Qualifications / Certifications<ul><li>B.Sc. / Engineering graduates with IT major</li><li>Microsoft 365 Fundamental Certification</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with End user support and day to day incidents management.</li><li>Experience in managing MS 365 portal and configuration.</li><li>Experience in handling on-premises applications and IT Infrastructure.</li><li>Excellent oral &amp; written communication skill &ndash; English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred).</li><li>Excellent documentation skills</li></ul>Work Experience Requirements<ul><li>Overall 2+ years of experience in IT end-user support or helpdesk role.</li><li>Hands on experience with installing and configuring Windows OS.</li><li>Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 OS and Microsoft 365 applications issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

IT Support Specialist

Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide first-line technical support to employees and end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users on IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.</li><li>Respond to user queries via email, phone, or in person, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.</li><li>Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals for new users.</li><li>Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.</li><li>Log and track IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalation when necessary.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of support processes, issues, and resolutions.</li><li>Actively participate in training programs to expand technical knowledge and skills.</li><li>Assist in the management and tracking of IT hardware and software inventory.</li><li>Perform additional IT-related tasks as needed to support the IT department.</li></ul>Qualifications / Certifications<ul><li>Educational Background: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.</li><li>Experience with basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>Prior experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships or projects) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
