About the role
Noviam is hiring our next cohort of Noviam Analysts&mdash;early-career professionals who receive structured training, career coaching, and direct placement into high-growth functions across leading financial institutions. 
We are currently recruiting for a Client Trading Analyst role within the Investment Operations group of a global financial services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in markets, data, trading operations, and fast-paced financial environments. 
As a Noviam Analyst, you&rsquo;ll receive customized pre-deployment training, support from Noviam&rsquo;s People Team, and ongoing professional development throughout your assignment.
What you'll do<ul><li>
Input, audit, and monitor subscriptions, redemptions, and cash trades into internal trading systems.</li><li>
Reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>
Respond to client and internal inquiries; escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>
Coordinate cash movements with custodians and ensure trades settle on time.</li><li>
Support Portfolio Managers by providing accurate and timely operational support.</li><li>
Follow established risk and escalation protocols, including flagging operational issues.</li><li>
Participate in process improvement initiatives, systems upgrades, and team projects.</li><li>
Assist teammates with complex cases and help maintain accuracy and deadline standards.</li><li>
Take ownership of tasks and help prioritize workflow during manager absences.</li><li>
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.</li><li>
Perform other duties that support the team and trading operations.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;written, verbal, and interpersonal.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>
Strong organization and time management; comfortable with multiple priorities.</li><li>
Team-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn.</li><li>
Interest in financial markets, data, operations, or trading workflows.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Background</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics</li><li>
Internship experience in financial services or exposure to trading ops, fund accounting, or similar functions is a plus&mdash;not required.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work with data and problem-solve under pressure.</li></ul></div>
