 Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building businesses from the ground up? Our client, a global leader in off-grid power solutions, is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia &mdash; and they&rsquo;re looking for a General Manager to lead the charge.
 
 
 
 
 
 📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA
 
 
 
 
 
 📊 Reports to: GCC Regional Director

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the setup and growth of the KSA business, including legal, operational, and commercial foundations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage full P&amp;L and ensure operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and lead a high-performing local team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with government bodies (MISA, ZATCA, etc.) to ensure compliance and secure permits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee production, logistics, after-sales, and procurement functions.
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 15+ years of leadership in power solutions or industrial manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in launching and scaling operations in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen and full P&amp;L ownership experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in renewable energy is a bonus.
 </li>
