Position: Temporary Linen Distributor 
Location: Arthur Blank location Healthcare Facility 
Schedule: Full-Time (Hours and length of position, TBD)
We are currently hiring a Temporary Linen Distributor to support our Arthur Blank location. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, quick-thinking, and has strong communication skills. If you're ready to contribute to a high-performance team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital areas.</li><li>
Collect and transport soiled linen in covered carts to designated return areas.</li><li>
Verify linen quantities for delivery accuracy.</li><li>
Conduct linen inventory as needed.</li><li>
Address and resolve client concerns professionally.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service or quality issues.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li><li>
Follow all institutional procedures and safety protocols.</li><li>
Operate equipment and perform tasks essential to daily operations.</li><li>
Complete basic clerical tasks such as answering phones and data entry.</li><li>
Comply with Joint Commission standards.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.</li><li>
Capable of pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 400 lbs.</li><li>
Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.</li></ul>

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Soiled Linen Separator, at our Atlanta Location Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Open up bags at the breakout table and send linen up the belt.</li><li>
The primary cart mover (the attendant closest to the soil cart) brings the empty soil cart away from the belt, puts a new cart in area and takes the empty cart and pushes it to the cart area.</li><li>
The bag breaker attendant breaks open the bags.</li><li>
The attendants on the belt perform the following tasks:<ul><li>
One attendant sorts of large pieces consisting of bath blankets, flat sheets, draw sheets and thermals.</li><li>
The second attendant sorts the second largest pieces &ndash; underpants, patient gowns, and fitted sheets.</li><li>
The third attendant will handle all the rest of the pieces such as bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and scrubs.</li></ul></li><li>
The last stage of the soil room process is hoist and weigh or staging. The attendant pulls the full slings away as they fill up, puts an empty sling in, weighs the full one, records the information and hangs it.</li><li>
Adhere to quality standards in terms of soil sorting and cart cleaning.</li><li>
Understand, observe, and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.</li><li>
Assist and perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Education, GED and formal education / training preferred.</li><li>
Good analytical skills to be able to determine number of carts required for orders.</li><li>
1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items from machine for long periods.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 100 pounds.</li></ul><ul><li>
Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Physical Demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting 50 lbs. or more and stooping.</li>
Physical Demands consist of the ability to move rolling carts of varying weights and sizes <li>- up to and exceedingly approximately 250lbs.</li><li>
Physical Requirements consist of being able to meet the physical demands for the entire shift.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
High School or GED</li><li>
1 to 2 years of experience in the health care, manufacturing or similarly situated industries.</li></ul>
