 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &middot; Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, adjustments, and movements.
 
 
 &middot; Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
 
 
 &middot; Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
 
 
 &middot; Enter inventory data into the inventory management system.
 
 
 &middot; Create and update inventory reports for management review.
 
 
 &middot; Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
 
 
 &middot; Manage office supplies as needed.
 
 
 &middot; Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
 
 
 &middot; Perform other duties assigned.
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &middot; Associate or Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred
 
 
 &middot; Previous data entry or inventory management experience and organizational skills
 
 
 &middot; Must be detailed oriented
 
 
 &middot; Be able to work independently and with the minimum supervision
 
 
 &middot; Proficient in MS office/Excel
 
 
 &middot; Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese due to frequent communications with HQ in China
 
 
 &middot; Must be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds
 
 
 &middot; Must be comfortable handling biological samples
