Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as the ability to read schematics and fabricate solutions as needed. The Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in supervising maintenance activities and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.</li><li>Fabricate components or structures as necessary to support maintenance operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.</li><li>Supervise and train junior maintenance staff, providing leadership in daily operations.</li><li>Execute residential painting tasks to ensure aesthetic quality of facilities.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns promptly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team.</li><li>Previous experience in facilities maintenance is essential, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics related to building systems.</li><li>Experience in supervising staff or leading projects is preferred.</li><li>A background in residential painting is a plus, enhancing the overall appearance of facilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.</li></ul>Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
