We are on the lookout for a <b>Talent Acquisition Specialist</b> to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding processes. Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>

<li>Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments with relevant teams.</li>
<li>Facilitate the offer process, ensuring that offers align with our compensation strategy and fill hiring needs.</li>
<li>Onboard new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.</li>
</ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the logistics or technology sectors.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.</li>
<li>Passion for building relationships and connecting with people.</li>

<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.</li>
