Responsibilities</h3><ul>

<li>Ensure new businesses from one customers are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team</li>
<li>Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.</li>
<li>Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs.</li>

<li>5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
