We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our multi-channel advertising efforts. This role is focused on the end-to-end management of paid media, ensuring high performance across Google, Meta, and TikTok.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Campaign Management: Lead the full lifecycle of ad campaigns, including strategic setup, daily monitoring, and scaling.</li><li>Performance Optimization: Audit and refine existing accounts to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and enhance overall conversion rates.</li><li>Multi-Platform Execution: Build and launch new campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Analytics: Ensure accurate pixel implementation and conversion tracking to provide data-backed insights for stakeholders.</li><li>A/B Testing: Continuously test creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.</li><li>Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing monthly ad spends across Google, Meta, and TikTok.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and interpret heatmaps or GA4 data.</li><li>Experience in the E-commerce is highly preferred.</li></ul>Location: Fully RemoteSalary: $450-700 P/M (plus bonuses)Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;25,000.00 - E&pound;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
