This full-time, remote role focuses on estimating commercial construction renovation projects. Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial renovation projects.</li><li>
Review and analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project scopes.</li><li>
Solicit, evaluate, and level set subcontractor and vendor bids.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers and leadership on bid strategy and project feasibility.</li><li>
Develop and maintain cost databases, unit price libraries, and historical bid data.</li><li>
Identify and communicate project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving alternatives.</li><li>
Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers during the pre-construction phase.</li><li>
Track and report on bid outcomes and win/loss ratios to support business development.</li><li>
Support multiple concurrent bids with varying complexity and deadlines.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements | Skills</h2><ul><li>
Minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience in commercial general construction estimating (Required).</li><li>
Proven track record estimating commercial general renovation projects (Required).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, materials, and costs.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar.</li><li>
Computer skills: MS Outlook, Bluebeam, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, Procore, Adobe, among others.</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with the broader team.</li><li>
Willingness to travel to project sites across New England as required.</li><li>

Estimator – Commercial General Construction

<div>NPC&amp;M is seeking an experienced Commercial Working Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This full-time, field-based role places the candidate at the project location at all times, overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects across our service areas. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to NPC&amp;M quality standards.</li><li>
Project scheduling of vendors and subcontractors.</li><li>
Maintain daily communication and reporting to the Project Manager(s) on project status, progress, and issues.</li><li>
Coordinate plans and layout of the overall project.</li><li>
Provide daily field reports and progress photos documenting work completed.</li><li>
Coordinate with clients and customers as needed throughout the project.</li><li>
Enforce OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols at all times.</li><li>

This full-time, remote role supports the delivery of commercial construction and renovation projects across the New England region as well as the facility services team. The ideal candidate is an emerging construction professional with a strong foundation in general construction, project management, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on understanding of commercial construction operations.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects throughout New England.</li><li>
Assist Facility Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial facility programs and projects throughout New England.
Support project scheduling, including coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.</li><li>
Review and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and engineering specifications to support project execution.</li><li>
Maintain daily communication and reporting to the Facility / Project Manager&rsquo;s on project status, issues, and milestones.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.</li><li>
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams as needed throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
