<p>As a hands on <b>Gas Utility Foremen</b>, you will use your <b>2+ years of gas utility experience</b> to manage the job site - taking responsibility for planning and executing tasks safely and efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time. In this leadership role, you will guide your crew by providing coaching and training, helping team members grow and develop their skillsets to achieve long-term success.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely</li>
<li>Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work</li>
<li>Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities</li>
<li>Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork</li>
<li>Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates</li>
<li>Resolve work problems</li>
<li>Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as requested by leadership</li>

<li>Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice</li>
<li>Work is performed within the &ldquo;red zone&rdquo; of heavy equipment</li>
<li>Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner</li>
