This opportunity offers competitive compensation and the chance to work with a passionate care team committed to excellence.Unit Highlights<ul><li>29-bed Medical Stepdown Unit</li><li>Cardiac-focused: acute MI, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy</li><li>General medicine services: renal, pulmonary, endocrine, oncology &amp; more</li><li>Dedicated stroke unit with NIH Stroke Scale-certified RNs</li><li>Advanced training in Bi-PAP, C-PAP, A-PAP, and central line care</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver age and culturally appropriate patient care</li><li>Conduct assessments, create care plans, and evaluate outcomes</li><li>Provide infusion therapy, injections, transfusions, and stroke protocol care</li><li>Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, patients, and families</li><li>Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active Ohio RN License or Compact License</li><li>ACLS &amp; BLS Certifications (AHA)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of Stepdown or Telemetry nursing experience</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
