<div>A Day in the Life

As a Shipper, you will play an important part in the Outbound team by ensuring all outbound shipments are processed according to client and customer needs. This position will involve frequently lifting and moving boxes from 20 &ndash; 50 lbs. and wrapping pallets the entire shift. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

A successful shipper will love a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and work well under pressure and tight deadlines. What You'll Bring to the Role:

The Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>Must have 6+ months of prior warehouse experience, Shipping department a plus</li>
<li>Must have basic computer skills</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older to apply</li>
<li>Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
</li></ul>Things You Will be Doing
<ul>
<li>Ensures outbound product are loaded and shipped according to assigned carrier</li>
<li>Ensures custom retailer carton labels are generated and applied in the correct position</li>
<li>Being able to use and navigate the WMS system to ship orders</li>
<li>Consolidate shipment requirements based off Customers' request</li>
<li>Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).</li>
<li>Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as requested.</li>

As a Returns Clerk, you will play an important part of the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
What does success look like in this role?
The ideal candidate is someone who is team-oriented, proactive and has a high attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and priorities that may change daily , discern any potential roadblocks while remaining focused on partnering with the supervisor and the team.
The following schedule is available for this role:

Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Starting Pay:

$17.75 an hour

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the order fulfillment team by ensuring timely delivery of orders and commitments. You'll be working with product from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will be a model of excellence for our Order Fulfillment team and will embrace leadership skills and fostering relationships with all stakeholders. They will have a keen eye for detail and adapt to ever changing dynamic environment with a dedicated focus on ensuring all KPI's and financial goals are being met.

$67,500.00 - $84,250.00

What You'll Bring to the Role:

<li>Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented</li>
<li>Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety</li>
<li>Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently</li>
<li>Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

<ul><li>3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team
</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus</li>

</li><li>Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
