You will be in charge of all operations, making sure our cars, our people, and our processes deliver a great customer experience every time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Run Daily Operations: Manage the rental counter, fleet logistics, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Manage the Fleet: Oversee vehicle purchasing, maintenance schedules, cleaning, and readiness to maximize rental time.</li><li>Lead the Team: Hire, train, and manage operations staff, drivers, and mechanics.</li><li>Ensure Quality &amp; Safety: Uphold high standards for vehicle safety and customer service. Ensure we meet all regulations.</li><li>Control Costs &amp; Budget: Manage the operations budget, find ways to improve efficiency, and increase profitability.</li><li>Use Data &amp; Tech: Use our rental software and data to track performance, set prices, and make smart decisions.</li><li>Support Growth: Help plan and execute strategies to expand our services and customer base.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior operations management role.</li><li>Background in car rental, transportation, logistics, or hospitality is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong skills in managing budgets, people, and daily processes.</li><li>Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable using fleet or rental management software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
